As a owner i cannot urge this product anymore, firmware has bugs for over a year counting Youtube support that is still not resolved.
Firmware which should resolve this (for the fourth time) is available in beta for the 1000P version but not for the 1000.
Very terrible rejoinder from Qnap on the user forum, they simply don’t respond on questions if and when there wil be a new release for the 1000P.
Buy yourself something else is my advice!
